گسترش و طغیان سن گندم Eurygaster integriceps را در ایران میتوان مثال خوبی برای گسترش و طغیان حشرات در اثر دخالت انسان در محیط طبیعی ذکر کرد. در گذشته های دور محیط اصلی و محل دائمی زندگی سن گندم دامنه های نواحی کوهستانی بوده و پوشش گیاهی این مناطق را گرامینه های وحشی تشکیل می داده که میزبان اصلی این حشره به شمار می رفته است .
علاوه بر این گیاهان چند سا له مثل گون Astragalus و درمنه Artemisia)) و برگهای خزان کرده درختانی مثل بلوط پناهگاههای زمستانه این آفت را تشکیل می دهند. در سالهای اخیر دخا لت های انسان در محیط طبیعی نظیره چرای بی رویه دام و مصرف گیاها ن چند ساله و مصرف درختان و درختچه های جنگلی به عنوان سوخت و تخریب مراتع و کشت گندم در این منا طق با عث به هم خوردن تعادل زیستی محیط و گسترش مناطق انتشار و افزایش جمعیت این آ فت گردیده است .
انجام سم پاشی های بی رویه بر علیه سن گندم و نابودی دشمنان طبیعی ان از جمله عوا ملی است که سبب گردیده است سن گندم بعنوان یکی از مهمترین آ فا ت گندم و جو مطرح شود و گفتنی است که سن گندم در ایران در اکثر منا طق خصوصا مناطق معتدل کشور انتشار دارد.
همانطور که گفته شد سن گندم مهمترین افت گندم و جو در ایران می باشد و سن های غلات یا سن های حقیقی وابسته به زیر راسته Heteroptera می باشند که عمده ترین گو نه های آن متعلق ۲ جنس Eurygaster و Aelia می باشد .
● حشره شناسی Eurygaster integriceps
طول حشره کامل ۸/۱۲-۸ و عرض آن ۸ -۵ میلیمتر است و علت اصلی دامنه نسبتا وسیع تغییرات در اندازه حشره کامل شیوه زندگی آ فت است که بر اساس بررسیها و مشا هدات در سراسر مناطق سن خیز کشور این حشره ۲ شیوه زندگی دارد که این خود منجر به تغییراتی دراندازه آ فت شده است .
جمعیتی از این حشره که در زیستگاههای طبیعی واقع در ارتفا عات زندگی می کنند و ضمن تغذیه از گیاهان غیره زراعی به خصوص گندمیا ن و بدون آ نکه پروازهای قا بل توجهی انجام دهند , به زاد و ولد می پردازند , افراد این گروه کوچک و طول و عرض آ نها به ترتیب ۵/۱۰-۸ و ۸/۶- ۵ میلیمتر است در حالی که گروه دوم از این حشره که از گندم و جو تغذیه می کنند به خصوص آ نهایی که به مزارع آ بی حمله ور می شوند جثه ای بزرگتر دارند و طول و عرض آ نها به ترتیب ۸/۱۲-۸/۹ و ۶/۸ – ۲/۶ میلیمترمی باشد .
رنگ حشره کامل بسیار متغیر بوده و رنگ عمومی آ نها قهوه ای و زرد خاکی است که این نیزاز روشن تا تیره تغییر می کند .به علاوه نمونه هایی به رنگ سیاه , قرمز ,مسی و زرد کهربایی نیز دیده می شود .
سطح پشتی حشره کامل ممکن است عاری از هر گونه لکه مشخص و یا دارای لکه های تیره با ابعاد و شکلهای مختلف به خصوص روی سپر دیده می شود .در روی سپر و در حد فاصل آن با پیش گرده ۲ لکه روشن کوچک به چشم می خورد. سر حشره مثلثی است و نوک آن به جلو امتداد دارد. نزدیک خط فاصل بین سر و سینه دو چشم ساده و در دو گوشه جانبی سر دو چشم مرکب دیده می شود .
شاخک ۵ بندی است که بند پنجم آن بلندترین بند می باشد و پس از آن بند دوم بلند تر از بقیه است و بند سوم کوچکترین و بند اول و چهارم مساوی می باشد .پیش گرده شش ضلعی است و پا ها رنگ کلی بدن را دارند .و هر پنجه ۳ بند دارد. سپر بسیار بزرگ و رشد کرده است و به استثنای قسمت کوچکی از کوریوم , بالهای رویی و دو حا شیه جانبی شکم , همه پشت حشره را می پوشاند .
در حاشیه جانبی شکم که از زیر سپر بیرون می ماند ۵ لکه تیره رنگ دیده می شود که مشخص کننده مو قعیت ۵ بند شکمی است .
تنها اختلاف در شکل ظاهری حشرات کامل نر و ماده مربوط به قطعات بیرونی دستگاه تناسل آنهاست که در انتهای قسمت زیرین شکم واقع است . این قطعه در حشرات نر ساده است و هیچ گونه تقسیم بندی در آن دیده نمی شود در حالی که در حشرات ماده به ۶ قسمت بزرگ و دو (۲) قسمت کوچک تقسیم می شود .
تخم حشره کروی و قطر آن یک میلیمتر است . رنگ تخم تازه سبز روشن است و روی تخم سوراخهای تنفسی (MICROPYLE) واقع است . رنگ پوره های سن اول بلافاصله بعد از خروج از تخم سبز بسیار روشن است که پس از چند ساعت متمایل به سیاه می شود .
از سن دوم به بعد رنگ اصلی پوره ها نمایان می شود . وجه تمایز پوره ها به خصوص پوره های سنین ۴ و ۵ بسیار بارز است و بدین معنی که بال از سن چهارم پورگی جوانه می زند و در سن پنجم مشخصتر می شود.
مناطق انتشار سن گندم در حال حاضر از طرف باختر به مرز های ایران با عراق و ترکیه و از طرف خاور به مرز های کشور با افغانستان و پاکستان می رسد , به عبارت دیگر از مرز های غربی تا شرقی بجز کویرهای مرکزی فلات ایران زیر پوشش این حشره قرار دارد . در شمال کشور این حشره به جز در نوار ساحلی دریای خزر در بقیه مناطق فعالیت خود را گسترش داده است و تا مرزهای ترکمنستان , آذربایجان و ارمنستان پیش رفته است در جنوب کشور نیز فقط نوار ساحلی دریای عمان و خلیج فارس و قسمتی از جلگه خوزستان از حملات این آفت مصون مانده است .
انتشار سن گندم در ایران به ۳ عامل اصلی زیر بستگی دارد:
▪ وجود منابع غذایی
▪ وجود اماکن مناسب جهت دوره طولانی دیاپوز
▪ وجود شرایط اقلیمی مناسب جهت فعالیت آفت
● گیاهان میزبان سن گندم
سن گندم عمدتا از گرامینه ها تغذیه می کنند , بخصوص از گندم و جو و چاودار و ذرت و نازک برگان و گیاهان وحشی دیگر مثل شاهدانه و علف های پهن برگ به عنوان میزبان دوم که عمدتا شامل خار شتر می باشد و نیز بعضی درختان خزان کننده مثل درخت بلوط .
در طول دوره زیستی سن گندم فقط ۱ تا ۵/۲ ماه را به عنوان یک حشره کامل بر روی گیاه سبز به سر می برد و بقیه سال را به حالت استراحت در زیر پوشش گیاهی دامنه تپه ها می گذرانند . این دوره استراحت شامل ۲ فاز است
▪ تابستان گذرانی در طول ماههای گرم و خشک آخر تابستان و پا ئیز
▪ زمستان گذرانی در طول ماههای خیلی سرد و زمستان
جمعیت آفت در محلهای استراحت یا زمستانگذرانی اغلب خیلی کپه ای و مجتمع هستند , با تراکم ۱۰ تا ۶۰ سن در هر متر مربع .کوهستانهای مخصوص زمستا نگذرانی آفت معمولا در حدود ۱۰ تا ۲۰ کیلو متر از مزارع گندم فاصله دارند .اگر چه حشره می تواند تا مسافت 1۵۰ کیلومتری دورتر نیز پرواز کند و در بهار سن های بالغ زمستانگذران به پایین به سمت مزارع مهاجرت می کنند . مهاجرت می تواند متناوب صورت گیرد و حد اکثر در طول یک ماه کامل شود. بعد از تغذیه جفت گیری صورت می گیرد و سپس تخمریزی انجام می شود , با تکمیل سن پورگی و در نهایت ظهور حشره کامل نسل جدید یک نسل کامل تشکیل می شود .
قابل ذکر است که اولین پیشتازها در اولین فرودها معمولا حشرات نر هستند
● سیکل زندگی :
تخم ها در دسته های کوچک , معمولا ۱۴ تایی روی برگهای گیاه در مناطق آلوده گذاشته می شود . دوره رشد و نمو تخم ها که در eurygaster spp سبز رنگ هستند در شرایط مزارع و در دمای ۲۰ درجه سانتی گراد حدودا ۹ تا ۱۰ روز طول می کشد .بعد از تفرخ تخمها پوره ها قبل از آنکه به سمت خوشه ها پراکنده شوند به صورت دسته جمعی در اطراف پوسته های تخمشان باقی می مانند .
قبل از تبدیل شدن به حشره کامل پوره ها ۵ بار پوست اندازی می کنند و ۴ سن پورگی هر کدام حدود ۴ روز طول می کشد و در حالیکه آخرین مرحله رشد طولانی تر بوده و در حدود ۱۰ تا ۱۱ روز به طول می انجامد . مراحل رشد و نمو از تخم تا حشره کامل حداقل ۳۵ تا ۳۷ روز و حداکثر ۵۰ تا ۶۰ روز بوده که بستگی به ۲ فاکتور دارد:
▪ دسترسی به غذا
▪ شرایط آب و هوایی
● تغذیه حشره:
پوره ها بیشتر عمرشان را روی ساقه و خوشه غلات سپری می کنند و در صو رت گر می هوا قادرند تغذیه خود را در طول شب انجام دهند . با این وجود در طول گرمای روز بیشتر پوره ها در جستجوی پناهگاهی در برگهای پایین و یا در خاک هستند . ۵ مرحله پورگی وجود دارد و سن های بالغ نسل جدید به بیشترین وزن نیاز دارند چرا که بقای انها در آینده بستگی به ذخایر چربی دارد که انباشته اند .
در سنین آخر پوره ها تحرک کمتری دارند و اغلب به مدت چند ساعت بی حر کت باقی می مانند در این مرحله اگر گندم ها زود برداشت شده باشند , این حشرات قادر نخواهند بود که به میزان کافی ذخیره چربی در بدنشان بسازند و این مسئله در بقاء آنها در آینده تاثیرزیادی دارد.
● تغییرات جمعیت :
▪ جمعیت سن گندم بوسیله :
ـ عوامل زنده: شامل شکارچی ها و پارازیتهاـ عوامل غیر زنده: شامل عوامل اقلیمی , عملیات کشاورزی , و کاربرد آفتکش ها تنظیم می شود.
▪ عوامل زنده:
سن های غلات اگر چه مورد حمله تعداد کثیری قرار می گیرند ولی در این میان شکارچیان بند پا مانند عنکبوتها , سوسکها از خانواده carabidae و مگس های tachinid کلیدی تر هستند .اگر چه حشرات شکارچی دیگری مثل زنبورها, سن های nabidae و بالتوری ها نیز می توانند تحت شرایط خاصی مهم باشند . سن های گندم همچنین مورد حمله پارازیتهای اختصاصی تر قرار می گیرند گه مهمترین انها از ( Hymenoptera ) بوده و تخم سن را پارازیته می کند و عوامل زنده دیگر شامل نماتد ها و میکروارگانیسم ها هستند که درمورد آنها مطالعات و شواهد کمتری وجود دارد .
▪ عوامل غیر زنده در کنترل جمعیت سن گندم:
ـ اقلیم و هوا ( محیط )
به عوامل مختلفی مثل در دست بودن یا نبودن غذا , شرایط اقلیمی , کاربر د حشره کش ها و
غیره به عنوان عوامل غیر زنده موثر بر دینامیسم جمعیت افت اشاره کرده اند.
الف) غذا
نا کافی بودن غذا اغلب می تواند عامل اصلی مرگ ومیر باشد .این رخداد در طول طغیانهای بزرگ و یا بعد از آن روی می دهد . یعنی وقتی که سن های مادر مزارع گندم ر ا قبل از آن که گندم به خوشه بنشیند از بین می برند . بنابراین پوره ها قبل از بلوغ به دلیل عدم وجود غذا و یا عدم توانایی در ذخیره کردن چربی کامل در مراحل زمستانگذرانی می میرند .
ب) شرایط اقلیمی :
در بهار شرایط اقلیمی بسیار مهم است چرا که اگر هوا سرد و مرطوب باشد مانعی جدی برای تولید مثل و بقای پوره ها ی جوان محسوب می شود .
اگر غذای فراوان وجود داشته باشد و هوا مطلوب باشد این حشرات می توانند ذخایر چربی مورد نیاز خود را در طول ۱۰ روز و یا کمی بیشتر انباشته نمایند , با این وجود بارانهای سنگین می تواند تغذیه را کم کند یا مانع آن شود. این ذخایر چربی است که تعیین می کند چه
مسافتی را حشره می تواند به نواحی زمستانگزرانی مناسبتری مهاجرت کند و یا چه مدت می تواند در اماکن تابستان گذران یا زمستان گذران زنده بماند . گفتنی است که سن گندم یک حشره گرما وآفتاب دوست است و تمام مراحل زیستی از قبیل مهاجرت بهاره , بلوغ جنسی , تغذیه , تخمریزی , تفرخ تخمها و رشد و نمو پورگی و… اگر هوای گرم و مرطوب و بادهای شدید وجود نداشته باشد با موفقیت بیشتری روی می دهد . هوای نمناک و بادهای شدید اثر نا مطلوب بر رشد و نمو جمعیت و در نتیجه بقای آنها دارد .
ج) دما:
مطالعات در مورد واکنش سن گندم به درجه حرارت نشان داده است که بسته به حالت فیزیولوپیکی حشره از درجه حرارت ۶ تا ۲۵ درجه سیلیسیوس بصورت افزایشی فعال می شوند و بین ۲۵ تا ۳۷ درجه فعالیتشان کاهش می یابد و این در حالی است که در فاصله ۳۷ تا ۴۸ درجه افزایش فعالیت مجدد وجود دارد که به این مقطع فعالیت بیماریزایی یا
Pathologic activity ) ) گویند . بعد از این مرحله و در درجه حرارت حدود ۵/۴۹ درجه سیلیسیوس حشره می میرد . در نواحی ایران سن گندم حداکثر دمای ۳۰ درجه و حداقل دمای۵/۲- تا ۳ – درجه سانتی گراد را می تواند تحمل کند .
د) آب , باران و رطوبت نسبی :
حشره کامل نسل جدید می تواند بر روی گندم خشک تغذیه کرده و آب مورد نیاز خود را به صورت آب آزاد یا از طریق شیره گیاهی تا مین کند . در صورت وجود غذا و عدم وجود آب حشره ۹ تا ۱۰ روز بعد می میرد . گفتنی است که بارانهای سنگین مرگ و میر تخم ها و پوره ها را افزایش می دهد .
ه) باد:
وقتی سن های با لغ برای پرواز آماده شدند و در عین حال شرایط د ر مزارع مناسب باشد آنها شروع به پرواز مهاجرتی می کنند , باید توجه کرد که اکثریت سن ها شروع به پرواز در جهت باد می کنند و اگر این جهت انها را به نواحی مساعد ببر ( کوهستانها در مهاجرت تابستانی و دشتهای زیر کشت در بهار ) پرواز موفقیت امیز خواهد بود . در غیر این صورت مرگ ومیر زیادی در نتیجه این پروازها حادث می شود که دلیلی است بر ضرورت مهاجرت آفت .
● پیشگیری و کنترل :
به منظور پیشگیری و کنترل سن گندم از کاربرد مداوم آفت کش ها در بلند مدت می بایست خوداری کرد . در اغلب آفات مثل حشرات – کنه ها-نماتدها و بیماری ها و علفهای هرز ثابت شده است که یک مدریت تلفیقی , شامل بکارگیری عملیات زراعی و کنترل بیولوزیکی می باشد . آفت کش ها فقط زمانی به کار گرفته می شوند که سایر روشهای کنترل نتواند جمعیت آفت را به زیر سطح زیان اقتصادی پایین بیاورد . بهترین روش برای کنترل آفت روشی است که بتواند بر مبنای محاسبات اقتصادی قابل دوام و بی خطر برای محیط زیست باشد .
▪ کنترل زراعی:
این روش ها شامل مجموعه اقداماتی است که می تواند از طغیانهای جدی سن گندم بدون نیاز به کاربرد آفت کش جلوگیری کند و غالبا نقش پیشگیری دارند ,متنند:
ـ برداشت زود هنگام
ـ زود کاشتن ویا کاشت واریاته های مقاوم تر
ـ وجین کردن کامل علفهای هرز در تمام طول فصل
ـ تناوب کشت با محصولاتی غیر از غلات
ـ به زراعی در کشت غلات که باعث می شود گیاه بهترین رشد ونمو را داشته و در نتیجه زودتر برداشت شود .
▪ کنترل بیولوزیکی :
به دلیل اثرات فوری و آشکار بسیاری از آفت کش ها ی در دسترس , استراتزی مبارزه بیولوزیک در مقایسه با مزایای روش های شیمیایی کاملا مورد غفلت قرار گرفته است .
▪ کنترل شیمیایی :
به صورت کلی همه آفت کش ها اثر مرگ ومیر لازم روی سن گندم را دارند ولی کاربرد آفت کشها همیشه با عث کاهش جمعیت سن گندم نمی شود . از سم هایی که برای کنترل این آفت استفاده می شود می توان پیرتروئیدهای مصنوعی ما نند دلتامترین ( دسیس- دلتا مترین و دلتارین ) به دلیل سمیت کم برای پستانداران به کار گرفته می شود و نیز از آفت کش های متداول دیگر می توان هیدروکربنهای کلره, و ارگانوفسفاتها مرگ ومیر بالا برای سن گندم دارند .
باید دقت شود که اگر کاربرد سموم در زمان مناسب از نظر شرایط آب و هوایی صورت نگیرد اثرات لازم را نخواهد داشت و سم پاشی باید تکرار شود .
به طور کلی حشرات کوچکتر خیلی راحتر توسط یک حشره کش کشته می شوند , بهترین زمان سم پاشی در سن های غلات به خصوص سن گندم وقتی است که پوره های جوان شروع به تفرخ می کنند . باید توجه کرد که سن های بالغ زمستان گذران در صورت داشتن تراکم بالا باید قبل از جفتگیری کنترل شوند
