اهمیت بذرمال در پیشگیری از آفات،بیماری ها و تغذیه !
ابتدا بهتر است تعریفی از عمل بذر مال کردن داشته باشیم اصلا بذر مال کردن یعنی چه؟ همانطور که از نامش پیداست، بذر مال کردن به معنای آغشته نمودن بذرها قبل از مرحله کاشت با ترکیب یا ترکیباتی ویژه و مختص این عمل به منظور افزایش سرعت جوانه زنی و قدرت بذرها؛ همانطور که گفته شد از ترکیبات خاصی جهت بذر مال کردن استفاده می شود که در این مقاله به بررسی کود بذر مال به طور مفصل خواهیم پرداخت.
اهمیت بذر مال کردن بذرها:
بذر مال کردن بذرها با هدف ضدعفونی کردن و تغذیه بذرها قبل از کاشت انجام می گیرد؛ به منظور بذر مال کردن بذرها جهت تقویت بذور، از موادی چون هیومیک اسید، روی و اسیدهای آمینه با هدف افزایش قدرت و توانایی جوانه زنی بذرها استفاده می شود.
در برخی مواقع بذر مال کردن به منظور پیشگیری از بیماری ها و کنترل آن توسط قارچ کش، حشره کش و باکتری کش نیز می تواند انجام گیرد. بذر مال کردن در رشد هر چه بهتر بذر ها، استقرار مناسب آن در خاک و افزایش حجم ریشه بسیار موثر می باشد.
کود بذر مال:
همانطور که اشاره شد عمل بذر مال برای بذر ها و سرانجام گیاه بسیار مفید می باشد اما چگونه و با کمک چه موادی این کار انجام می شود؟
کود های مخصوص بذر مال کردن وجود دارند که دقیقا برای این کار ساخته شده اند؛ در ادامه مطلب در مورد کاربرد کود بذر مال و اثرات و مزایای آن خواهیم پرداخت.
اثرات کود بذر مال:
کود بذر مال سبب تقویت قدرت جوانه زنی در بذرها شده، حجم ریشه را بیشتر کرده، توانایی جذب مواد مغذی و عناصر ضروری را توسط ریشه بسیار افزایش می دهد، سرعت سنتز پروتئین را بالا برده، و قدرت فتوتروپیسم بذرها را دو چندان می کند؛ هم چنین مقاومت گیاهانی که قبل از کشت بذر آن ها به کمک کود بذر مالی شده نسبت به استرس های محیطی نظیر حرارت و رطوبت محیط، سرما، گرما و خشکی مقاومت بالایی از خود نشان می دهند.
کود بذر مال هیومکس و روی:
طبق تعاریف بالا، بذر مال کردن یعنی آغشته کردن بذر با یک ماده ای مثل قارچ کش یا کود آلی نظیر هیومیک اسید می باشد. مزیت انجام بذر مالی با هیومیک اسید این است که به علت داشتن فسفر غنی در خود، میزان فسفر مورد نیاز گیاه را تامین کرده و ظهور سریع ریشه و گسترش بالای آن را موجب می شود؛ در نتیجه تمام مواد ضروری رشد گیاه به موقع در اختیار آن قرار می گیرد و چندی طول نمی کشد که محصول پر باری از باغات و زمین ها برداشت می شود.
کود آلی چیست؟
نکته:
میزان کود هیومکس یا هیومیک اسید جهت افزایش جوانه زنی بذر گندم و جو به ازای هر تن از آن ها، ۱و نیم الی ۲ کیلوگرم مورد نیاز می باشد.
ماده دیگری که جهت آغشته کردن بذر می تواند به کار رود، عنصر روی می باشد. پس از بذر مال کردن به کمک روی، شدت و سرعت جوانه زنی بذرها بسیار زیاد شده و برگچه ها ظهور زود هنگام پیدا می کنند و چندی بعد مزرعه به صورت یکدست سبز خواهد شد.
بذر مال کردن با استفاده از کود اسید هیومیک و عنصر روی بر بسیاری از محصولات کشاورزی چون گندم، جو، ذرت، برنج، سبزیجات و صیفی جات که رشد کندی دارند به طور محسوسی تاثیر گذاشته و شاهد رشد فراوان و سالم آن ها در اندک زمان بوده ایم.
استفاده از کود ازت بالا بعد از کود بذر مال برای رشد رویشی گیاه ضروری است.
مزایای بذر مال:
۱)از زمان کاشته شدن و ورود بذر به دنیای خاک، مشکلات و استرس های فراوانی از جمله: پوسیدگی بذر، بیماری مربوط به گیاهچه، کمبود رطوبت، هجوم قارچ های بیماری زا و بیماری ها و عوامل بیماری زای اطراف بذر، تهدیدی جدی برای آن محسوب می شوند. در این بین استفاده از کود بذر مال چون زرهی محکم از بذرها حفاظت خواهد کرد.
۲)در حال حاضر اکثر خاک های کشور از کمبود عنصر روی رنج می برند به خصوص در خاک های قلیایی و آهکی که این کمبود نمایان است؛ کود بذر مال روی شرایط جوانه زنی بذرها را بهبود می بخشد و رشد اولیه گیاهچه ها را تحریک کرده و سرعت می دهد در نتیجه رشد اولیه گیاه بالا رفته و کشاورزان به آینده تولید محصولات باکیفیت امیدوار تر خواهند شد.
۳)کود بذر مال سبب یکنواختی جوانه زنی بذر ها خواهد شد.
۴)به کمک کود بذر مال و انجام عمل بذر مال، بیماری های خاکی مربوط به بذر نظیر پوسیده شدن بذر، بوته میری و مرگ گیاهچه بسیار کاهش پیدا می کند و از آن ها جلوگیری می شود.
۵)کود بذر مال به مقاومت گیاهان در برابر بیماری سیاهک آشکار و پنهان گندم، سفیدک دروغی و زنگ گندم که از مشکلات عمده کشت دهندگان گندم می باشد، کمک به سزایی می کند.
۶)آغشته نمودن بذرها به کود بذر مال ظرفیت جذب آب و نگهداری رطوبت در آن ها را بالا می برد و تحت شرایط خشکی نقطه مثبتی تلقی می شود.
مزایای استفاده از نیترات کلسیم مایع را بیشتر بدانیم.
برای انتخاب کود بذر مال مناسب به چه شرایطی باید توجه کنیم؟
۱)خصوصیات فیزیک و شیمیایی خاک
۲)احتیاجات غذایی و مغذی گیاه مد نظر
۳)قوه و میزان انرژی جوانه بذر و نیز توجه به سایز بذر که بزرگ می باشد یا کوچک
خاک خیلی سرد، بلای جان بذرها:
خاک های خیلی سرد جهت کشت بذر مناسب نمی باشند زیرا سبب آسیب رساندن به بذر و جوانه در حال رویش آن شده و یا سرعت جوانه زنی را خیلی به تاخیر می اندازد.
نکات تکمیلی بذر مال کردن:
۱)از آغشته شدن کامل بذرها به سموم و یا کود آلی هنگام استفاده از روش های مختلف اطمینان حاصل کنید؛ پس از ضدعفونی بذور به کشت آن بپردازید.
۲)حین بذر مال کردن حتما از دستکش و ماسک استفاده کنید
۳)برای اطمینان و آگاهی پیدا کردن از اینکه از کدام نوع کود بذر مال برای بذرهای مورد نظرتان بهره گیرید، حتما از تجربیات گیاهپزشک استفاده کنید.
